04 / 04Get Your Life Back: Story-led, photography-forward
Start your recovery

Auto accident recovery

Get your life back.

You were doing fine, and then in two seconds you weren't. We treat the injury. But what we're actually giving back is your ordinary Tuesday.

From pain to progress· From injury to independence· From stuck to moving forward

The arc

Every recovery follows the same five steps

Not a mystery, and not open-ended. You'll know where you are in this the whole way through.

CHAPTER 01 · STUCK

The day everything stopped

An ice pack on the couch. A job you can't do. A kid you can't pick up. Most people wait, because they've been told soreness after a crash goes away on its own. Sometimes it does. When it doesn't, waiting is the most expensive thing you can do.

CHAPTER 02 · EVALUATE

Finding out what's actually wrong

A full exam of what hurts, what's restricted, and what's referring pain somewhere else. We measure range of motion rather than guessing at it, and order imaging when it's warranted. You leave the first visit knowing what's wrong and what the plan is.

CHAPTER 03 · TREAT

The part that takes work

Adjustments, soft-tissue therapy, decompression, and rehabilitative exercise. The mix depends on your injury, not on a package. This is the stretch where consistency matters more than intensity, and where most people quit too early.

CHAPTER 04 · MOVING

Getting your ordinary day back

Sleeping through the night. Checking your blind spot without turning your whole body. Picking up your kid without bracing first. We measure recovery in the things you can do again, because that's what you actually came here for.

The Motion Meter

Progress you can see, not just feel

Pain is a bad progress metric. It moves around, and it's hard to remember accurately. So we chart cervical range of motion from intake through discharge and show you the curve at every visit. It's sourced from your own measured exam data, never estimated.

Recovery stories

They can copy a service list. They can't copy these.

Real patients, filmed at the clinic, each telling the same four things: what happened, what hurt, what we did, and where they are now.

What we treat

What you'll be able to do again

Named by the life you get back, not by the billing code. The clinical terms are there too, for the people searching them.

Sleep through the night

Neck and back pain that wakes you at 3 a.m. is treatable, and it does not have to be permanent.

Whiplash · Cervical strain

Check your blind spot

Getting back the rotation to look over your shoulder without pain, or without dread.

Range of motion · Manual therapy

Pick up your kid

Lifting without bracing first, without thinking about it, and without paying for it tomorrow.

Herniated disc · Decompression

Think clearly again

Headaches, dizziness and mental fog after a crash are real, common, and treatable.

Concussion · mTBI

Sit through a workday

Radiating leg pain that makes an eight-hour shift feel impossible has a cause worth finding.

Sciatica · Lumbar radiculopathy

Reach overhead

The seat-belt and steering-wheel mechanism injures shoulders constantly, and it gets missed constantly.

Rotator cuff · Shoulder impingement

Our team

The people you'll actually see

Same provider, every visit. You should not have to re-explain your injury to a new face each week.
